Welcome to this week's blurb!
For me, it seems like making a night-time banner is a little tricky when you only want to use a limited amount of colors. For this week's banner, I decided to make a camping-theme banner, trying to make it as cozy-colored as possible in that regard. Though I think one issue with this banner, potentially, is the huge contrast between the dark colors and the light colors, let me know what you think about that and if I'm right or wrong. Apart from that, interestingly enough, I've never actually gone camping. Or, at least, actual camping. I've slept in a tent before, but not in a forest, and I've slept in a forest, but not in a tent (more like a lodge in that regard). I have to imagine it's somewhat therapeutic being put to sleep by the sounds of all the natural fauna, but then again things like wolves and bears are typical of American forests, so I would also like to imagine it's like having a mini heart-attack hearing one just outside your tent. Though to be fair, I think that would be true of any branch I heard breaking or snapping in the middle of the night while out camping.
Brief bit aside, a new change will be made for the blurb where blurbs are now released at 12 PM noon PST on Mondays from now on instead of in the dead of night, though to be fair I think I preemptively made that change a while ago on the about-page for this site.
With that out of the way, let's take a look at what the community has been up to!

I think there's either a drinking problem in this town or the townsfolk don't know what other types of businesses exist and only know drinking as a business:

Now we arrive at this week's user column!
Each week I will be asking members of the Brickadia community a question relevant to Brickadia at the moment, whether that be in regard to development, speculation, or even just hopes and desires surrounding the game itself.
The question this week is:
If you could see any changes made to the Resizer tool, what would those changes be?
"Probably very niche and situational but the ability to select multiple bricks at once and scale them. The resizer tool is a godsend on its own but when scaling things like walls it can be a bit tedious."
"Maybe a change that lets you like resize blocks from a corner and whatnot, something like this (excuse the poopy diagram). Perhaps it could be toggled on and off to reduce clutter. I don't have any issues with the Resizer as of right now but I feel it could be a nice little quality-of-life thing. Also no idea if they've already planned to implement this or not."
"I would like the Resizer tool to allow me to change the grid size, just as you can when cut-pasting. Sometimes when working with microbricks, I get confused at what scale I'm working because there is no visible grid."
And now for the weekly comic panel!
While eating mountains of microplastics, microbricks, or anything plastic-based isn't quite possible in Brickadia quite yet, what if I told you of the possibility of a tie-in for Brickadia? Many blurbs ago, I touched on the idea of another tie-in collaboration that could happen for Brickadia considering there was a previous tie-in for Brickadia that happened a while back for a game called Fadeout Underground:

Since then, I've speculated that there could, at some point, potentially be another tie-in for Brickadia. Well surprisingly, this dropped recently:

Haters, behave yourselves.
Now for someone like me, I'm a huge fan of tie-ins and collaborations on the gaming-scene. I mean, who doesn't love seeing some characters, a piece of their outfits, or some visual reference to a franchise or game in another game? Now for a game that is huge on customization, personalization, and building, it's quite fair to make the assumption that at some point, we could see cosmetic items, accessories, or even stickers from another franchise from another game appear in Brickadia.
While there aren't likely any big-name tie-ins in the work, the fact that Brickadia has collaborations with other developers is pretty huge in itself, and could spell out some pretty awesome additions to Brickadia's customization or even item gallery.
However, considering there is at least ONE tie-in in the works, who could the mysterious game being collaborated with be? What could the tie-in entail?
Now, that's probably the toughest question to answer out of all of this, as games are as numerous as there are sands on a beach. Maybe not that much, but once you start counting indie-games and super duper niche games, then you probably start getting around there. Given that Brickadia doesn't have too much presence on the gaming scene just yet, I would imagine that it would have to be some sort of indie-game of some caliber being tied-in with. That would seem fair, since Brickadia generally has the presence of a small indie-game as of right now.
That would have to be as far as the speculation could possibly go on that subject since there really isn't that much more we can take away from this, but despite the fact that it was a small reveal, that in itself already has me incredibly excited for what lies in store for the community, or perhaps even for whatever other game is being tied-in with. Could you imagine waking up one day and finding out this is real?
